How to make 1 cup of Minas Coffee
- Fill your coffee cup with cold water & pour into
a cezve (a small, narrow stovetop coffee pot) - Add 1 heaped tsp. of Minas Coffee & desired amount of sugar
- Mix well to dissolve, then don’t stir again
[not even after brewing] - Brew cezve over medium heat
- Take it off heat when it foams & rises up, just before it boils Slowly pour into cup & let settle for
about a minute
Typically served black with a side of chilled water & biscuits or sweets
